Helping Arla’s leadership shape their global health impact strategy.
The Brief
Following the launch of Feed Life, their new brand strategy, Arla wanted to explore building on their existing strengths to create more health impact at scale over the coming decades. Specifically, they asked us to identify how they could make a unique, credible and lasting contribution to people’s health and nutrition around the world.
The Work
Since mid-2025, we’ve led a strategic process with Arla’s senior leadership team - including workshops, AI-led research and mapping of the corporate impact landscape - to identify white space and align around a shared strategy. We have helped define an emerging vision, an impact area and intervention strategy for how the business can create real impact across the world in the years ahead.
The Outcomes
The work is currently in the strategy and planning phase, and is likely to launch in 2027/28 across a wide range of markets.
