Creating a new global sustainability strategy for Opella.

The Brief

Opella is the consumer-facing pharmaceutical brand spun out from Sanofi in 2025. As a B Corp, they were already taking bold action to make the world a better place, but wanted a way to bring their sustainability story to life, rally their internal teams, and communicate it to the world in a truly distinctive and compelling way to stand out in their category.

The Work

We developed Health³ - The equation for a healthier future - to bring to life Opella’s belief that the health of planet, people and business are deeply interconnected, and that when all are working together in unison the effect of each is multiplied. With simplified strategic priorities sitting beneath each pillar, the business now has a clear roadmap for its sustainable impact over the coming years.

The Outcomes

Opella launched Health³ to the world in June 2026 alongside their 2025 sustainability report, setting the direction of their sustainability journey - moving towards net zero, improving people’s health literacy across the world, and continuing to improve as a B Corp.
