Building a strategy and positioning for Peripear in One Day Onward
The Brief
Peripear applied to our one day accelerator programme - One Day Onward - for help with their strategy and positioning. They are working towards the launch of a revolutionary product that helps prevent and reduce perineal tearing during labour, but were unsure on how to communicate to their wide range of audiences - an amazing brief to help a company doing incredible work for women’s health.
The Work
Over the course of the day working with the team, using workshops and sprints, we created a new strategy, positioning - Revolutionary birthtech to help prevent women from tearing - brand manifesto, and draft creative platforms to help them take the brand to the world at launch.
The Outcomes
Following our day working together, Peripear began using the new positioning at the forefront of their communications. We’re incredibly proud to have played a small role in their journey, and can’t wait to see the impact they have in the future.
